Delete your account
You can delete your account and associated data from the Jop 6 mobile app: open Settings → Account → Data & privacy, then follow the steps to schedule deletion.
If you cannot use the app, email us from the same email address registered on your account so we can verify your identity. We will schedule deletion on our servers (same process as in the app) and revoke active sign-ins.

After a scheduled deletion, your account is removed after the grace period unless you sign in again before it ends. See our privacy policy for details.
